When would my order be rejected?

Short Answer:
“If your photo breaks the rules or goes far beyond what editing can fix, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.”
We review every order before we start
Before any editing begins, a trained team member will carefully review your uploaded photo(s) and your editing instructions. This helps us catch potential issues before you’re charged for something we can’t do.
If something looks off — legally, technically, or ethically — we’ll hit pause and let you know.
We’ll reject and refund your order if:
-
The image violates our Terms of Service
This includes illegal, harmful, non-consensual, or infringing content.
-
The editing request is outside our service range
For example, asking to reconstruct a completely missing face or merge 20 different images into a single composite with unrealistic expectations.
-
The request exceeds the limits of today’s photo editing technology
Some things just aren’t possible yet — or wouldn’t result in a realistic final image.
In any of these cases, your order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded in full, usually within one business day.
It’s rare — and we’ll always explain why
Over 99% of orders go through without issue. But if we do reject an order, we’ll send a clear explanation so you’re never left wondering.
In many cases, we can even suggest how to revise the request or adjust expectations — so you still get the help you need.
When in doubt, just ask
If you’re unsure whether your request is realistic or allowed, contact us anytime. We’re happy to clarify before you place the order.
