Revision Policy

Last updated: 2025-07-12

If your edited photo isn't exactly what you expected, we're happy to revise it — free of charge — as long as your request meets the guidelines below.

How long do I have to request a revision?

You can request a free revision within 14 days after your order is delivered. If the order has been approved or auto-closed, you'll still have 14 additional days to reach out with any changes and temporarily reopen the order for revision.

We recommend submitting revisions within this time frame to ensure full access to free support. Beyond the 14-day window, you're still welcome to contact us — if the request is reasonable and consistent with your original instructions, we'll do our best to help.

Please note that once an order is closed, we retain original images and editable source files for a limited time. For orders closed a while ago, we may need to recreate the edit from scratch, which could result in additional charges depending on the complexity and file availability.

What kind of revisions are included?

Revision requests must meet the following conditions:

  • They must be based on your original instructions.
  • They should be clear, reasonable, and technically feasible.
  • They cannot conflict with or overwrite the original request.

We're happy to improve or refine your original request, but free revisions are not meant for starting over or shifting directions entirely.

For example, if your original request was to clean up background clutter as a 1-credit edit, but your revision asks to replace the entire background — which normally falls under our 2-credit service — this would be treated as a new job. That's not a correction, but a creative change in direction, which falls outside the scope of our free revision policy.

That said, if your revision is a natural extension of your original request — for instance, fixing a small detail that was missed or asking for a slightly stronger adjustment — we often include it at no extra cost. Every case is reviewed with care. Our goal is to be fair and helpful, while respecting both your time and ours.

Do you limit the number of revisions?

We rarely need more than one or two rounds to get things right. But if a project goes through excessive revision cycles or shows signs of misuse, we may step in to clarify expectations or suggest a new order for clarity and fairness.

How long does a revision take?

Most revisions follow the same turnaround time as your original order. Simple fixes are usually fast. More complex changes may take longer, and we'll let you know if that's the case.

Either way, we handle every revision with the same care as the first edit.
