Large or Special Files?

If your image file is over 500MB , or in a format not supported by our site (like scanned PDFs), you can send it via any cloud storage link to: upload@tucia.com , and we'll convert and upload the files to your Tucia account — usually in a few hours.

Please make sure to send it from the same email address linked to your Tucia account — otherwise, we won't be able to match it to your orders. You can use free tools like Dropbox , WeTransfer , Microsoft OneDrive , Google Drive .

Can I call you?

We don’t offer phone support — it’s a thoughtful decision based on what works best for the kind of service we provide.

  • Edits often involve subtle visual details that are hard to explain clearly over the phone. Email gives you more space to describe what you need, and lets us reply with reference images or links you can actually see.

  • Unlike phone calls, email is easy to track and follow. Every message goes to the right person on our team, with full context and nothing lost.
