Why was my credit card declined?
Last updated: 2025-07-14
Short Answer:
“If your card is declined, please try another card or use PayPal — we can’t see or control the reason, but we’re here to help.”
What to do if my credit card gets declined?
We’re sorry you’re having trouble with payment — we know how frustrating that can be, especially when you’re ready to move forward.
All credit card transactions on our site are securely processed by Stripe.com , one of the most trusted global payment platforms. For your privacy, we don’t see or store any of your card details , and we also don’t receive any explanation when a card is declined.
That means even if you contact us, we unfortunately won’t be able to tell you the exact reason for the failure.
What you can try
- Double-check your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing zip code
- Make sure your card supports international online transactions
- Try a different card if available
- Use PayPal instead — you can link a card or bank account inside PayPal and pay with one click
Still having trouble?
If multiple payment attempts fail, feel free to leave us a message. We’ll do our best to assist you, even if we can’t see your payment details directly.
Thank you for your patience — we really appreciate it.
