Your photos and your account should always be under your control. If at any point you decide to stop using our service, you can contact us and request to:

• Permanently delete all your uploaded photos and edited photos
• Close your account entirely and erase all personal data from our system

How to make a deletion request

To ensure security, deletion requests must be submitted from your registered email address .

To confirm that the request is legitimate, we ask you to also include:

• Your 3 most recent order IDs (each one is an 8-digit code like WD3PEXJV )
• If you’ve made fewer than 3 orders, just include all your order IDs

This extra step helps us verify ownership before taking irreversible action.

Once deleted, it’s gone for good

Please note that deletion is permanent and non-reversible . Once your files are removed from our system, they cannot be recovered — not even by us.

We’ll confirm your request as soon as it’s processed, usually within 24 hours.
